Nature for Wellbeing workshops provide an all-year-round opportunity to connect with an element of nature and like-minded people.
Most activities are completed at the table top and all activities are meaningful and experiential. There’ll be different activities each month in order to offer opportunities for everyone with different abilities.
Connecting with nature by being outside, or simply looking at a picture of your favourite flower or place, trees or mountains, can provide comfort in ways that we don’t completely understand.
It can help us switch off from everything else that is going on around us and can enrich body, mind and soul. Join us for an immersion in nature.
This is a 90 minute session for patients supported by St Richard’s Hospice. It will be held in person in the welcoming surroundings of the hospice’s Living Well Centre.
