Thank you for supporting St Richard’s Hospice by hosting a static collection tin on your premises. We really appreciate you helping us to raise funds and awareness in this way.
To comply with regulatory changes under the Fundraising Code of Practice, we are required to keep a record of your permission to host a collection tin.
For this reason we ask you to please read the following information and complete the agreement below. Once the agreement is received, we will contact you to arrange delivery of a tin.
When a tin is collected from your premises, our dedicated volunteer (known as the ‘Collector’), will have an ID Badge and an authorisation letter, to confirm they have permission to collect on our behalf. They will issue you with a receipt stating the tin number that has been collected, and the tin number that has been left as its replacement. We will write annually to thank you for the money donated to the hospice via tins.
