A Sensory Experience (previously HEARTS)

A Sensory Experience helps bring about a state of calm and relaxation in the moment.

This workshop will provide you with short and easy to remember techniques where the elements of Hands-on, Empathy, Aromas, Relaxation, Textures and Sounds can be used in any combination to create a flexible, therapeutic approach.

The workshop will be hands-on with opportunities for you to practice the HEARTS process on yourself and others.

This is a two-hour session from 10.30am to 12.30pm for patients supported by St Richard’s Hospice. It will be held in person in the welcoming surroundings of the hospice’s Living Well Centre.
