Advanced Communication Skills Training

This 2 day course is designed for senior healthcare professionals in primary and secondary care.

Course Lead: Sue Thurston

Originally developed by the National Cancer Action Team, the programme is transferable into other areas of care where advanced levels of communication skills are needed to initiate complex conversations and when breaking bad news.

The course is facilitated by an accredited trainer and includes practical exercises with a professional actor.

Course cost includes lunch. We will contact you prior to the event giving you the opportunity to inform us of dietary requirements

Course Times: 8:00am – 5:30pm Thursday 10th and Fri. 11th October.
