An interactive and engaging workshop using the SNOWDROP mnemonic to promote person centred communication covering:

  • SNOWDROP framework (Sensitivity, Non-verbal, Open-mindedness, Words, De-escalate, Reflect, Organise, Pause)
  • Body language and emotional regulation
  • Opportunity to practice using the framework model

Applicable across clinical and non-clinical settings, this workshop improves your day-to-day communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
