Exercise programmes

Our free Living Well exercise programmes for people with an illness that can’t be cured are designed to support patients to exercise in a safe way.

The face-to-face sessions take place in a group setting at the hospice on Wildwood Drive.

How to get involved

If you’re not already supported by St Richard’s Hospice

To access any of the support listed here, you can complete our online self referral form. You can also call the hospice’s Advice and Guidance Line on 01905 763963. The line is open 8am to 4pm seven days a week.

If you’re a current St Richard’s Hospice patient 

Please telephone the main hospice number 01905 763963, choose option one for care enquiries on the answerphone menu and ask for a member of the Living Well administration team who will be able to support with your query or booking.
