About our Warehouse

You can drop off items to donate at our warehouse in Leigh Sinton during opening hours.

The Warehouse will also be open for donations on the first Saturday of each month from 9am – 4pm.

To help us store and protect your donations from damage, please ensure items are carefully boxed, or bagged, and not loose.

Read guidance on the items we can and can’t accept as donations.

If you Gift Aid your donated items, please bring your card with you and have it to hand. Not registered for Gift Aid? You can sign-up online.

Donations can also be dropped off to a container in the car park at St Richard’s Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester, WR5 2QT. This is open Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm.

Or, you can take items to any of our shops during opening hours. Please check the relevant shop page for details on donating in-store.

Donations of quality, clean, undamaged items can help raise funds to support our care to patients and their loved ones across Worcestershire.

If you would like to donate goods, we’d be delighted to receive your good-quality items at this store during the shop’s opening hours. Please call the shop before travelling to make sure there is room to take your items.

What can I donate here?

Please bring a maximum of two bags or boxes, as storage space is limited in store.

  • Clothing; men’s, women’s and children’s
  • Accessories including handbags, belts, shoes and jewellery
  • Bric-a-brac including old and interesting items
  • Homeware and electrical items
  • Toys
  • Books

What can’t I donate here?

  • Fake/ counterfeit goods
  • Broken, dirty, ripped or damaged items
  • Furniture – If you wish to donate an item of furniture, please register it for collection online and do not take it to a shop. Thank you.
