Introduction to exercise
The aim of this session is to gently introduce you to the benefits of exercise, different ways you can exercise, how you can fit this in your daily life and support other symptoms you may be experiencing.
There will also be an optional section of the session to try out some different types of movement, and some of the courses that are run at St Richard’s Hospice.
This session will take place from 10:30am to 12pm on Tuesday, 11 August in a group setting at the hospice in Wildwood Drive.
