Stress management and emotional wellbeing

This session teaches effective stress management and emotional wellbeing strategies.

It covers the stress bucket concept, illustrating how stress builds up and the Five Areas Model to understand its effects on our lives.

Participants will learn practical ways to release stress and explore five ways to wellbeing—simple, research-backed actions that improve emotional wellbeing, reduce stress and boost resilience.

To access our stress management and emotional wellbeing session, you can call the hospice’s Advice and Guidance Line on 01905 763963. The line is open 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Alternatively, you can ask your healthcare professional to refer you to our services.
