Relaxation for wellbeing

In this 90-minute session we will look at the effects stress and anxiety have on our wellbeing and the benefits of relaxation.

We will discuss the different types of relaxation to consider, such as mindfulness and complementary therapies. There will also be opportunity to learn and experience relaxation techniques.

The aim is to introduce a better understanding of relaxation in order to help improve your wellbeing.

To access our relaxation for wellbeing session, you can call the hospice’s Advice and Guidance Line on 01905 763963. The line is open 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Alternatively, you can ask your healthcare professional to refer you to our services.
