The aim of this session is to gently introduce you to the benefits of exercise, different ways you can exercise, how you can fit this in your daily life and support other symptoms you may be experiencing.
There will also be an optional section of the session to try out some different types of movement, and some of the courses that are run at St Richard’s Hospice.
