This session supports an understanding of a range of topics relating to fatigue, including:
- how fatigue impacts a person as an individual
- what fatigue management is and why it’s important
- potential causes of chronic fatigue
- the importance of energy conservation
- how to analyse an activity in relation to energy conservation
- the importance of sleep hygiene, wellbeing and goal setting
- the golden rules of fatigue management

To access our introduction to fatigue management session, you can call the hospice’s Advice and Guidance Line on 01905 763963. The line is open 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
