Introduction to fatigue management

This session supports an understanding of a range of topics relating to fatigue, including:

  • how fatigue impacts a person as an individual
  • what fatigue management is and why it’s important
  • potential causes of chronic fatigue
  • the importance of energy conservation
  • how to analyse an activity in relation to energy conservation
  • the importance of sleep hygiene, wellbeing and goal setting
  • the golden rules of fatigue management
