Exercise programmes

Our free Living Well exercise programmes are designed for people with an illness that cannot be cured and support patients to exercise in a safe way.

The face-to-face sessions take place in a group setting at the hospice in Wildwood Drive.

How to get involved

If you are not already supported by St Richard’s Hospice

To access our exercise programmes, you can call the hospice’s Advice and Guidance Line on 01905 763963. The line is open 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Alternatively, you can ask your healthcare professional to refer you to our services.

If you are a current St Richard’s Hospice patient 

Please telephone the main hospice number 01905 763963, choose option one for care enquiries on the answerphone menu and ask for a member of the Living Well administration team who will be able to support with your query or booking.
