Danielle is an experienced clinical and commissioning pharmacist.
Since qualifying in 1998, she has successfully worked within both the NHS and the private sector and led trusted relationships through system-wide collaboration.
Danielle has gained more than twenty years of experience across the NHS interface, predominantly in secondary care within the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and clinical commissioning in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
She has also held positions as a hospice pharmacist in Oxfordshire and Cancer Network Pharmacist for the Three Counties.
To the Board of Trustees, Danielle brings a clinical governance, quality and medicines assurance background as well as a clinical interest in palliative and end-of-life care.
She feels privileged to be supporting all staff and volunteers at St Richard’s Hospice who are dedicated to making such a difference to patients, their carers’ and families’ lives while extrapolating her skills, knowledge and experience to help the continued growth and development of the much valued services that the hospice delivers.
Danielle lives locally with her husband, three sons and two dogs. Outside of family, work and community she is currently pursuing a three-year degree-level course in traditional acupuncture, following her passion for integrative medicine.
