Arranging a funeral collection

Thank you so much for thinking of us at this time.

When a loved one dies, whether that be a family member or close friend, we may find ourselves completely overwhelmed with the many decisions we have to make. Our thoughts often turn to the wishes they had with regards to their affairs and how we can respect those wishes. Many people request donations at their funeral.

You can create a Funeral Tribute Page which also can act as a funeral notice where you can share practical funeral arrangements with your friends and family as well as offering them the ability to make their donation online and leave a message of condolence or light a virtual candle.

Collection envelopes

We have specially designed envelopes for collecting donations at a funeral service. If you would like some of these envelopes, please contact us by:

The envelopes make it simple for friends and family to donate and to Gift Aid their donation, making it worth 25% more at no extra cost to them. Some people choose to insert the envelopes with the order of service. We can also provide wooden collection boxes, into which donation envelopes can be placed.

Please let your funeral director know that you have chosen to support St Richard’s in lieu of flowers.

For any further information or if you have any questions please contact us in the Fundraising Department.
