The role

We are excited to announce our plans to open our first ever charity superstore in Stourport’s Tannery Retail Park this summer and you could be part of this unique new retail journey for the St Richard’s Income Generation team.

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will manage the efficient shop operations of our new Superstore, ensuring the smooth functioning of a successful shop. The role will involve the responsibility of a large team, including the management of employees and volunteers.

You will have overall responsibility to achieve set income targets and maximising sales, the superstore will sell preloved clothing, accessories, books, homeware, furniture and small electricals. 

You will manage the wider Wyre Forest area shop managers, including Bewdley, Stourport Clearance and Kidderminster.

This investment in our retail operation will help us generate the vital funds needed to continue our care, in a challenging time for hospices nationally.

About you

You will have significant retail experience with experience of leading and managing a large team in a retail environment.

You will have strong leadership skills and effective communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.  Experience of charity retail and experience of multi site retail management would be desirable.

This is a unique, exciting opportunity to lead on the success of the first retail superstore for St Richard’s, whilst developing your retail and leadership qualities.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel to our other Wyre Forest retail sites.
