The Nature for Wellbeing workshops provide an all-year-round opportunity to connect with an element of nature and like-minded people.
Most activities are completed at the table top and all activities are meaningful and experiential. There will be different activities each month in order to offer opportunities for everyone with different abilities.
Connecting with nature whether being outside, or simply looking at a picture of your favourite flower or place, trees or mountains, can provide solace in ways that we don’t completely understand.
It can help us switch off from everything else that is going on around us and can enrich body, mind and soul. Join us for an immersion into nature. This month the focus will be Springtime seeds.
This is a 90 minute session for patients supported by St Richard’s Hospice. It will be held in person in the welcoming surroundings of the hospice’s Living Well Centre.
To join the session, please register your interest below. Alternatively, you can book by telephoning the Living Well Team on 01905 763963 or Karen Smith on 01905 958180.
